FRIDAY 25 NOV 2011 All day: Check-in at the hotels/ campground By 6:00 PM: Prospects report to Wolf for instructions @ event main pavilion. 6:00 PM to ?: Light refreshments (while they last) and “meet and greet” with local area clubs.
SATURDAY 26 NOV 2011 7:00AM to 9:00AM: Breakfast for campers at KOA. For all others breakfast is provided at the hotel. 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM: Officer’s meeting @ conference room with break for lunch. 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon: 1. SIS Bible study/ family activities (see list as posted on web site) 2. Local area ride or biker games if the weather is bad. Lunch will be at the site pavilion or on your own if you so choose. 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM: Lunch at main pavilion 12:00 Noon to 5:00 PM: Continuation of local area rides and family activities 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM: Dinner in main pavilion/ with DJ music 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM: Special musical extra never before seen at a National (prospects better practice!)/ evening fellowship
SUNDAY 27 NOV 2011 7:00AM to 9:00AM: Breakfast for campers at KOA. Breakfast is provided at the hotel for all others. 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM: Worship service at main pavilion 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon: Site cleanup and departure Average weather is 60 with 40’s at night. We have had both snow and 80 degrees on Thanksgiving Day, dress for colder weather but pray for warmth. The weather is totally unpredictable this time of year, so no promises will be made! We will have a fire going either way!
